Returns & Refunds
1. Process overview
As soon as your submission has been paid for and your cards are sent in to us, you will not be eligible for a return/refund. Once your cards are sent off and begin the grading process, it is not possible for this to be interrupted.
Before sending your cards in, you are free to change, add items to or remove items from your order. Once you have sent in your order, it is locked and can not be changed.
At no point during the process, from the moment of the receipt of your cards to the delivery of your graded cards back to you, will you be eligible for a return or refund, with one exception.
You will only be eligible for a return or refund if both parties agree as such during the inspection process, as described in section 2.
2. Before grading - cleaning & inspecting
Once we receive your cards, all submissions are thoroughly cleaned & inspected by a member of the team.
If, during inspection, we see anything that we believe could significantly harm the potential grade of the card, we reach out to you to discuss this. Our aim is to provide you with as much information regarding the condition of the card as possible.
If, and only if, after this discussion with you, both parties agree that the card is not suitable for grading, only then will you be issued a return & refund of your card(s).
A refund will be issued with no service charges being taken by Jim's Sports Cards UK, with the exception of return postage costs to the customer charged at a flat rate of £6 per order.
Cards that are not sent for grading will not be held by Jim's Sports Cards UK and will be returned to the collector as soon as possible.
